Mine too, don’t worry!
My husband and I finally left our little for a quick 4 night 5 day mom and dad get away!We stayed at the Barcelo Maya Grand Resort complex, in the Barcelo Maya Riviera- adults only section (confusing I know! That’s why I am here!).
We did ALL the things the resort offered us.
We started out by upgrading room types- hello swim out suite
!Drank all the Malibu, lime and Pepsis I could!
Enjoyed the hydrotherapy circuit- think sauna, steam room, aromatherapy showers, cold plunge pool, hot tub, and finished with a pool with water massagers!
Ate at the specialty dinning restaurants. I even ate a chocolate covered grasshopper! My husband had quail- delish! Ate BLTs for breakfast every morning!
But the best part was curating a vacation that checked off a first for my husband! The ocean!We enjoyed over 2km of white sand beach, vivid blue water, and incredible sea life!We left with full bellies, fuller hearts and even more sunburn!
